First impressions matter, including the one you make on yourself. Day 1 is designed to settle in, connect with the others, and enter the week with intention and a clear head.
Days 2-4
Core Strategy Work
The heart of the retreat. Customized strategy sessions covering financial direction, marketing, and brand positioning with space woven in to explore the city and recharge between sessions.
Day 5:
Integration & Departure
The work doesn't stop, it lands. Day 5 is where strategy becomes your next chapter. You'll synthesize the week's breakthroughs, share your direction with the group, and leave inspired.

Nice to meet you. We are Alina & Anna: business-owners and travel buddies.
Away from our businesses and daily routines, in a beautiful and unfamiliar environment, we found ourselves thinking differently. Slowing down and gaining distance created the kind of “ah-ha” moment that rarely happens at home.
In that space, we realized something important: growth requires more than execution. It requires perspective.
When a creative mind and a financial mind met in that setting, gaps became visible. Structure met imagination. Strategy became exciting.
That moment became the foundation of The Strategic Escape™.
We designed this retreat to intentionally combine travel, unexpected settings, and strategic work, because new environments challenge assumptions, unlock creativity, and lead to better decisions.
