    Children are not permitted at any retreat sessions, experiences, or group dinners, and we're unable to provide or arrange childcare during the event.

    We know that takes some planning ahead, but it's intentional: this is your time to step away, think clearly, and invest fully in yourself and your business. That's hard to do when you're in parent mode.

  • Yes. Co-founders or business partners are welcome to apply and participate together, subject to availability and alignment.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer to explore Madrid or continue your travels.

    Additional arrangements outside of the retreat dates are managed independently, though we’re happy to provide general guidance.

    While there may be light moments to check in as needed, we encourage participants to step out of daily operations and be fully present for the work.
